Added new tokenizing endpoints
- Added: POST /iq11/tokenize — Now supports Flinks and Plaid credentials, as well as email and phone number for Interac transactions.
- Added: GET /iq11/token-info — Returns enhanced details about the IQ11 Token, including additional metadata and linked credentials.
