Partner API and portal improvements for more efficient onboarding and support for US/CA simultaneously. Faster Interac processing and improved reports.
Partner API Improvements
For our Partners, we have added a number of improvements including being able to have more control over clients that you are looking to onboard. These changes are reflected in the Partner Portal as well. Partner entities are now able to onboard and support US and Canadian clients while in the same account.
Interac e-Transfers are being processed more efficiently leading to 50-75% improvement in transfer times.
We identified improvements in the rendering of the onboarding and compliance applications forms specifically affecting Safari and Firefox. As well, some cosmetic improvements have been put in place.
Client Dashboard Reporting
The Transactions History report was generating PDF reports with key text being cut off, this has now been resolved. Additionally, we have improved the CSV report to provide a better view for reconciliation purposes.
