PayLink: Smart Payment Links

Using PayLink, sending or requesting funds has never been easier. PayLink allows you to request banking information from your clients to either collect funds or send funds via EFT only. Requests will be sent by email to your clients containing a secure link to easily connect their bank account for payments.

The payment information provided will be saved for the client to use in the future.

  • You can integrate the PayLink service into your platform by consuming our API endpoints.

How does it work?

  • Once you access the service, you can create an EFT Fund or Withdraw transaction without any banking details by providing an optional parameter DelayBankingInfo with a value true.
  • You will then create a PayLink request which will generate a payment link.
  • The user clicks on a payment link, they will be taken to the payment page where they can connect their bank account in order to initiate the payment request.
  • Once the PayLink request is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email of transaction processing.

Processing times

Once the bank account information is provided, the EFT transaction will follow the same processing timeline.
