Refunding and Canceling EFT Payments

EFT payments offer a degree of flexibility when it comes to managing transactions. If you need to stop a payment, you can cancel it as long as it hasn't yet been submitted to the financial institution for processing.

Cancel Transaction

If a payment has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you'll need to issue a refund to reverse the transaction.

Refund Transaction

You have the option to refund the entire transaction amount or specify a partial refund amount. If no specific amount is provided during the refund process, the full transaction amount will be refunded.
