Submission Windows

Settlement timing depends on whether the recipient has auto-deposit enabled on their bank account.

Scenario	Timing
Auto-deposit enabled	Funds deposited within minutes of acceptance
Manual acceptance required	Recipient must claim the transfer; funds are held until accepted
Unclaimed transfer	Auto-cancelled after the cancellation period (default 30 days)

Money Requests and Bulk Payouts can be cancelled while they remain in a pending state (not yet accepted by the recipient). Once the recipient accepts, cancellation is not possible.

Interac e-Transfers are available 24/7. However, some receiving institutions may have internal processing delays for auto-deposit credits outside of business hours.
