Transaction Statuses
Credit card transactions can have the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
preauthorized | Funds have been authorized on the card but not yet captured |
successful | Capture completed successfully |
declined | Charge was declined by the card network or issuing bank |
failed | Charge failed due to a processing error |
cancelled | Charge was voided before capture |
settled | Funds have settled into your account |
