Transaction Statuses
PayPal and Venmo transactions can have the following statuses:

|---|---|
pending | Payout has been created |
in progress | Payout is being processed by PayPal / Venmo |
successful | Payout has been delivered to the recipient's account |
failed | Payout failed |
