Transaction Statuses
Statuses differ between Money Request and Bulk Payout flows.
Money Request
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
requested | Request has been created and is being prepared for delivery |
sent | Request notification has been delivered |
received | Recipient has viewed and accepted the request |
request fulfilled | The recipient's bank has processed the fulfillment |
successful | Funds have been received into your VoPay account |
failed | Request failed or was rejected |
cancelled | Request was cancelled before the recipient accepted |
cancellation requested | A cancellation has been requested |
Bulk Payout
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
pending | Payout has been created and is being prepared |
in progress | Payout is being processed |
sent | e-Transfer has been sent to the recipient |
successful | Recipient has accepted the transfer and funds have been deposited |
failed | Payout failed |
declined | Recipient declined the e-Transfer |
cancelled | Payout was cancelled before acceptance |
cancellation requested | A cancellation has been requested |
